DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, MX FOUND THE RT SIDEWALL AT FS 164.415 & STRINGER 9AR, FRAME CUTOUT FOR STRINGER CRACKED .25".   REPAIRED IAW EO 13-1900-53-063.  MAJOR REPAIR.
