## Discrepancy

PILOT STATED THAT THE TOWER CALLED & SAID THEY SAW DEBRIS AFTER TAKEOFF.  GROUND OPS CONFIRMED PIECES OF A TIRE ON THE RUNWAY.  DECLARED AN EMERGENCY & RETURNED TO THE FIELD, RT INBD TIRE HAD SEPARATED.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH RT TIRES.
