DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION FOUND CORROSION ON STRINGER 16 BS 213.25 AREA APPROX 3 INCHES BY 2 INCHES, DAMAGE FOUND UNDER & BETWEEN TWO PREVIOUS SKIN REPAIRS.  REPAIRED IAW EO 14-1900-53-050.  MAJOR REPAIR.
