PILOT REPORTED THAT THE RT BRAKE IS INOPERATIVE ON BOTH FIRST OFFICERS & CAPTAINS ARE FLAT.  MAINTENANCE TAXIED ACFT & DRIED BRAKES WITH ALCOHOL, SYS OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
