DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION,  FOUND A CRACK IN THE CARGO BAY LT INNER SKIN AT BS 509.5 & STRINGER 11L, .9 INCHES IN LENGTH.  REPAIRED IAW EO 14-1900-53-059.
