DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE FOUND A CRACKED BULKHEAD AT BS 588.1 AND STRINGER 8L ON THE BULKHEAD FLANGE, .5" IN LENGTH.  MAJOR REPAIR.
