MAINTENANCE REPORTED THAT THE LOWER FORWARD AIRSTAIR DOOR HANDRAIL CABLE WAS BROKEN INTERNALLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FORWARD LOWER DOOR CABLE, P/N OFF/ON: 1440-43GLA, IAW B1900D MM 52-10-02.
