## Discrepancy

MYR - CREW REPORTED A FLAP DISAGREEMENT FAULT AFTER TAKEOFF.  THEY MADE AN AIR TURN-BACK AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED LEFT OUTBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR.  OPS CHECK WAS GOOD.  (X)
