ORD - WINDSHIELD WIPERS DO NOT WORK WITH SWITCH IN SLOW MODE, NO OPERATION AND STRONG SMELL OF ELECTRICAL ODOR.  OVERHEAD PANEL EXTREMELY HOT.  MAINTENANCE INSPECTED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND OPERATIONS OF WIPERS OK IN ALL MODES.  NO OVERHEAT OF PANELS.  (M)
