LEFT PROPELLER HAS ONE DEICE BOOT TORN ONE-QUARTER OF THE WAY OFF.  TORN BOOT AND OPPOSITE BOOT REMOVED FOR FERRY FLIGHT FROM BIS TO SPW WHERE MISSING DEICE BOOTS WERE REPLACED WITH NEW.  (X)
