PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT LOCK ALL THE TIME.  NOTE:  THIS WAS FOUND WHILE TAKING AIRCRAFT FROM HANGAR TO THE GATE.  NO PASSENGERS ONBOARD.  LUBED PLUNGER ON LOCK MECHANISM.  OPS CHECK OK. (X)
