## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF, CREW RECEIVED SERVICE DOOR LIGHT & AURAL WARNING.  TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED & ACFT RETURNED TO GATE.  CREW FOUND FASTENER ON PRESS REFUELING ACCESS PANEL NOT SECURED.  PANEL WAS SECURED & WARNING LIGHT EXTINGUISHED.  ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
