## Discrepancy

DURING FUSELAGE INSPECTION FORWARD LEFT RUDDER CABLE BLENDED WERE THE CABLE WEST THRU A RIB WHICH HAD A FANALIC BLOCK ON RIB FOR ANTI-CHAFE PROTECTION.
