SLOWING BELOW 60 KTS, BRAKES RELEASED WITH NO CHANGE IN PEDAL PRESS.  RELEASED BRAKE PRESS & RE-APPLIED, ACFT BEGAN TO SLOW THEN BRAKES RELEASED AGAIN.  RE-APPLIED PRESS & BRAKES GRABBED ABRUPTLY.
