ENG NR 2 AUTO SHUTDOWN AFTER START AND STABILIZED.  ECAM MSG ENG 2 FAIL AND ECAM MSG ENG 2 FADEC ALT OVERSPEED PROTECTION LOST.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 FMU.
