ISP - FLT 113 - EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK LIGHTING INOPERATIVE ROWS 5 TO 16.  FOUND TRACK AT ROW 16 OFF AND WIRES PULLED FROM LIGHTS.  RESET WIRES AND TRACKS BACK IN PLACE.  OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. (X)
