DURING TAXI, LEFT T-HANDLE ILLUMINATED THEN EXTINGUISHED TWICE.  CORRECTIVE ACTION:  REMOVED AND REPLACED FORWARD FIRE LOOP.  OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
