AT SCHEDULED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, RT OB ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET SHOWS SIGNS OF EXFOLIATION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT OB ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET.
