AT SCHEDULED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, LT OB ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET SHOWS SIGNS OF EXFOLIATION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LT OB ELEVATOR HINGE BRACKET.
