## Discrepancy

DURING FLIGHT, DETECTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN.  RT ENGINE LOW PRESSURE ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ENGINE.  OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.  NOTE: VERIFIED TO BE 2ND STAGE PT BLADE FAILURE. (K)
