FLIGHT: 9144,  DURING FINAL APPROACH AILERONS JAM WITH AUTO PILOT OFF.
INSPECTED, FOUND LT AILERON IB BALANCE WEIGHT TABS BROKEN AND NOT ATTACHED.  INSTALLED NEW LT BALANCE WEIGHT ASSY SHROUD.  OPS CHECK,  AILERONS NORMAL.
