FLIGHT:9254 ELH/FLL AFTER TAKEOFF LANDING RETRACTED NOSE GEAR -B- GREEN AND RED ANNUNCIATOR STAYED ILLUMINATED.  CONTINUED TO FLL LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK -B- PROXIMITY SENSOR.  LANDING GEAR OPERATIONAL TEST OK.
