## Discrepancy

FLIGHT:9220 PBI/TPA DURING APPROACH TCAS FAILED FOLLOWED BY FUMES IN THE COCKPIT.  REPLACE THE LEFT IVSI/TCAS INDICATOR, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
