FLIGHT: 0261, DURING LANDING AIRCRAFT HAD NO BRAKES AND WOULD NOT GO INTO REVERSE UNTIL ANTI SKID SWITCHES WERE TURNED OFF.  PERFORMED FLIGHT IDLE STOP CHECK OPERATIONAL CHECK OK UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ON GROUND ALL SYSTEMS CHECK GOOD.
