WITH PRIME PUMP ON, FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM THE OVERBOARD DRAIN IN A STEADY STREAM.  WITH ENGINE RUNNING, FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM THE OVERBOARD DRAIN AT A RATE OF 1 DROP EVERY 2 TO 4 SECONDS.
