AFTER TAKEOFF, LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT.  RIGHT EGT FLUCTUATES  EXCESSIVELY.  AIRCRAFT LANDED BACK IN TOLEDO AND GROUNDED FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION.  (X)
