LEFT ENGINE FLAME-OUT CLIMBING FROM FL 370 TO FL 390.  ENGINE RE-LIGHT AT 5,000 FEET.  FOUND 'P2' BELLOWS LOOSE AT FUEL CONTROL ENGINE.  GROUND RUN GOOD AFTER RE-SECURING BELLOWS.  (X)
