LOCK WASHER FOR THE AFT OIL COOLER BLOWER BEARING CRACKED ALLOWING THE RETENTION NUT TO LOOSE TORQUE, THE LOSS OF TORQUE ALLOWED THE SHAFT TO SPIN WITHIN THE BEARING AND THAT WAS THE SOURCE OF THE VIBRATION.
