WHILE ON CLIMBOUT FROM ELP CABIN WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE.  RESET SYSTEM AND CABIN DID PRESSURIZE.  CLIMBED TO 17,000 AND CABIN ALTITUDE HORN SOUNDED.  AIRCRAFT DESCENDED AND LANDED AT LBB.
