AIRCRAFT DEPARTED ADS CLIMBING THROUGH 10,000 FT CABIN DID NOT PRESSURIZE. ALL SWITCHES CHECKED NORMAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ADS FOR MAINTENANCE. LANDING NORMAL.
