LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKE OFF.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BASE. MAINTENANCE LUBED LANDING GEAR AND PERFORMED GEAR SWING.  CYCLED GEAR AT LEAST 20 TIMES WITH NO FAILURE.  MAINTENANCE ITEM CLEARED. [CLOSED]
