REPLY LIGHT WOULD NOT OPERATE. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION, FOUND REPLY LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED PHOTOCELL V301.  REPAIRED.  ALSO REPLACED DETERIORATED RESISTOR (R477).  ADJUSTED PULSE WIDTH AND FREQUENCY, CLEANED WAFERS, PLACED IN FREEZER, HEATED AND VIBRATED. BENCHCHECK GOOD.
