## Discrepancy

VENT BLOWER NOT TURNING AND INTERMITTENTLY POPS 35A POWER CIRCUIT BREAKER. REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE BLOWER.  SUGGESSTED CORRECTIVE ACTION:  UNITS NEED MORE THOROUGH OVERHAUL INSTEAD OF JUST REPAIRING THE IMMEDIATE CAUSE OF FAILURE.
