## Discrepancy

FLT 360 - HNL - DURING CLIMB, ENGINE ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT CAME ON.  ENGINE PAGE SHOWED ENGINE RT SYSTEM FAIL AND ENG RT OIL FILTER.  INSPECTION REVEALED METAL IN GEARBOX SCREEN.  REPLACED ENGINE GEAR BOX. TOWER SHAFT BEARING CAGE FAILED.  (M)
