ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYSTEM, UNABLE TO COOL AIRCRAFT WITH CONDITIONED AIR, AC PACKS CONTINUOUSLY PUT OUT HOT AIR.  CABIN TEMP ROSE TO 95 DEGREES.  REPLACED RT PACK TEMP CONTROLLER OPS CK'S NML IN AUTO AND STANDBY PER FIM.
