RIGHT ENGINE BLEED VALVE EICAS MESSAGE.  REPAIRED BROKEN TERMINAL WIRES ON RIGHT HPSOV AS REQUIRED.  HPSOV VALVE REMAINS LOCKED CLOSED.  DMI REQUIREMENTS MET DMI CONTINUES.
