RT ENGINE GEAR BOX STARTER MOTOR ADAPTER PLATE CRACKED HORIZONTALLY IN TWO POSITIONS ACROSS TOP AND BOTTOM OF ADAPTER.  POSSIBLE FATIGUE CAUSED BY IMBALANCE OF STARTER FAILURE.  REPLACED IAW ENGINE MANUAL, SUBTASK 72-61-00-430-061.
