ON WALKAROUND, FOUND HYD LEAK COMING FROM TAIL OF ACFT.  FOUND PACKING ON RUDDER ON RATIO SERVO VALVE TORN.  REMOVED AND REPLACE O-RING ON RUDDER RATIO SERVO VALVE SECURITY AND LEAK CHK OK.
