"GEAR DOOR OPEN" LIGHT ILLUMINATED AT GATE.  FOUND UPLATCH SHEARED OFF.  INSPECTED LT MLG.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LT GEAR DOOR UP LATCH ARM. OPS CHK OK. NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED IAW MM 32-34 01.
