## Discrepancy

ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYS - ON MECH W/A - FOUND NR 1 ENG 5TH STAGE TURBINE DAMAGED.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENG IAW MM1139-767.OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.  OK FOR SERVICE.
