## Discrepancy

ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYS - APU FAULT AFTER APU SHUTDOWN- AFTER ALL ENGINE START.  FOUND APU ECU- LOCKED UP.  NOT RESPONDING AT ALL.  REPLACED ECU IAW AMM 49-61-05-404-008 STARTED/ SHUTDOWN APU ALL CHECKS GOOD.
