ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYS - F/O ALTIMETER OFF FLAG IN VIEW EFI SWITCH HAS NO AFFECT.  REPLACED F/O'S ALTIMETER IAW AMM 34-13-01-404, CHECKED OK.
