ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYS - EICAS MSG L-IRS FAULT ILLUMINATED AND LT IRS FAULT ENOUNCED ON OVERHEAD AFTER LANDING.  SWAPPED SWITCHING IRU ON LT AND RT.   CONFIRMED IRS BOTH WORKS OK.
