ETOPS SIGNIFICANT SYS - INTERMITTENT FUEL QTY BITE EICAS MESSAGE.  BITE CHECKED FUEL QTY PROCESSOR UNIT. FOUND "D2" FAULT.  PERFORMED RESET VERIFY CONFIRMED NO FAULTS MESSAGE.  OK FOR SVC.
