MAIN CABIN DOOR BINDING AND WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN.  INSPECTED & FOUND MAIN CABIN DOOR INNER PANEL BINDING ON F/A JUMPSEAT HEAD REST.  ADJUSTED HEADREST BRACKET.  OPS CHECKED OK, DOOR OPS GOOD.  ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
