NR 2 ENGINE BOROSCOPE INDICATES ENGINE DAMAGED.  FOUND FIRST STAGE HPT BLADES DAMAGED BEYOND AMM LIMITS.  CHANGED NR 2 ENGINE. LEAK CHECK & OPS CHECK GOOD. OK FOR SERVICE.
