AFTER EMERGENCY POWER TEST WE HAVE EMERGENCY POWER TEST FAIL.  GATE EXTERNAL POWER DROPPED OFF WHILE PLUGGED IN.  BATTERY NEEDS CHARGING. CHARGED BATTERY EMERGENCY POWER TEST PASSED.
