ETOPS / AILERON LOCKOUT AT 240 KIAS FROM 10,000 THROUGH ROLL OUT WITH ASSYMETERICAL AILERON DISPLACEMENT.  REMOVED AND REPLACE L/H AILERON LOCKOUT ACTUATOR.
