ETOPS - ENG 1 FIRE LOOP B ECAM: CAME ON, ON APP THU UNTIL 1500'. REPLACED TERMINAL LUGS AT DETECTOR 4012WD. IAW ESPM 20-48-00/ AMM 71-51-04. ACCOMPLIHSED #1 ENG RUN OPS CHECK FAIL. RECURRING #1 ENG FIRE LOOP B. PERFORMED T/S WM 71-51-04 AND FOUND SHORT TO GND ON 4012WD NEAR TERMINAL C (1Z001R20). REMOVED SHORT ON ENG #1 WIRE 1Z001R&B20 AND REMOVED WIRE CHAFE ON WIRE 1Z002R&B20. RETERMINATED WIRE PER AMM 70-71-26. SECURED WIRES AND OPS CHECK PER AMM 26-12-00. ALL TESTS PASS. OK FOR SERVICE
