ETOPS - APU DRAIN MAST ( FWD ) LEAKING FUEL / SURGE VALVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED APU SURGE VALVE PER AMM 49-51-52 & OPS CHECK GOOD  NO LEAKS NOTED @ THIS TIME.
